Accessibility Statement
PNP Legal is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities.

Our commitment
PNP Legal believes the law should be accessible to everyone. That principle extends to this website. We make a continued, good-faith effort to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard referenced by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and by California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.
What we do to make this site accessible
- Pages can be navigated with a keyboard alone. A "Skip to main content" link appears when you start tabbing.
- Form fields are programmatically labeled so they can be announced by screen readers.
- Text and interactive elements meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required by WCAG 2.1 AA for normal text.
- Pages declare their language, use semantic landmarks (
nav, main, footer), and follow a consistent heading hierarchy. - Images include descriptive alternative text.
- The viewport allows the page to be zoomed for easier reading.
- Telephone numbers are click-to-call for mobile and screen reader users.
Known limitations
Accessibility is a process. We continually review and improve. If you find content or a feature that is not accessible to you, we want to know. We treat each report as a priority bug and aim to resolve it promptly.
How to report an accessibility issue

Technical compliance details
This site is tested against WCAG 2.1 Level AA on an ongoing basis using a combination of automated tooling and manual review with keyboard, screen reader, and zoom-based testing. Where a third-party tool, plugin, or embed is not fully accessible, we work with the provider to resolve issues or seek an accessible alternative.
PNP Legal makes no claim of full compliance and does not assume liability for third-party content embedded on or linked from this site. Submitting a case inquiry through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.
